Weekend - Minus the Weekend

Friday after school was a blast. Sam and I went to Emily's house and we hung out for like 2 hours with Emily's mom who is like, the coolest. Then we actually started to work on our English project, getting ideas down on paper, and then starting the actual project.

Then her dad came home, and he wasn't too happy at first, but he was fine after dinner, which was pasta, and was the bomb.

Then we went to Sam's house to scan in the awesome drawing she did for the cover of our "Year on Mango Street" year book. Sam drew it and it looked awesome. We ended up forgetting the floppy disk at Emily's house, but it was too damn cold to walk back to her house to get it.

We hung out at Sam's for a while, and her dog is crazy, but cool. We made some...wierd cookies, that were interesting, but as Sam's mother said, that's what happens when Sam cooks.

Oh well, Friday was an awesome night. Haha.

But then came Saturday. I woke up feeling awful! My stomach was turning, I felt dizzy and week. Needless to say I was extremely sick and I don't know why. Emily and Sam (as far as I know) are both feeling fine so it wasn't something we ate. I'll leave out all the details of how sick I am, but the weekend has sucked.

Now it's Sunday and I'm feeling better, but still sick. Dizzy, stomach ache, weak. I don't know. Maybe I won't go to school on Monday. Depends on how I feel and how tired I am. Hopefully I will get over whatever this is soon, because I don't want to miss school because dealing with make-up work and teachers. It's not worth missing school (most of the time).
